On Holiday...


HI ALL!

Hope this finds everyone enjoy the last lazy days of summer, school bags packed by the door, kids ready for the school bus to pick them up, and Mom ready for that first totally quiet cup of coffee!!  As I type this I am on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  If you have never been, plan a trip!!  I am a total convert!  Having grown up in Maine, and going to Cape Cod, the idea of warm water, and warm sea breezes is foreign to me, but ...

A unique time at CMOST for our youngest visitors! CMOST opens our doors especially for tots ages 5 and under to enjoy an afternoon of exploring The Museum at your own pace.

Who: Toddlers under 5 years old
How: Special events for little kids to start learning about science and nature

Thursday, September 2 through Thursday, October 14 - Alive at 5

Alive at Five has kept downtown Albany's spirits high after work on Thursdays throughout the summer for 21 years. The stage comes alive with music from national, regional and local artists; each night plays host to a different genre of music. The music is not the only form of entertainment at Alive at Five as great crowd participation, dancing and people-watching all make for a unique blend of concert atmosphere and hometown block party fun.. Join us in the fun and music of this wonderful series that is a signature event and a summer staple in the Capital City of Albany, New York

Who: The weekend kicks-off with an early start, as many of Albany's professionals, community members and friends enjoy the diverse musical talent presented during the series.
